Oh my ouch!!! I don’t know whats going on here. If they have a manager or not. But always out of products. They need someone to order correct or call corporate to help with order, getting products. You cant even decide what to get bcs it’s got a sticker saying sorry were out. I tried here 3 times. I think its time to go elsewhere

Junk manager running this place. As you can see in other reviews, they won’t let you order in person but only on the app or in the drive-thru. I was the only person inside and they said I had to order online. Only bc my kids really wanted a donut, I had to download the app, log in, make an order and then pick it up. They have the inside closed so you have to eat outside which has two tables. I came back in to ask to see if they had a small cup with water they could give me for my child and employee (looked like manager) rudely brushed me off with a “No.” I would’ve even paid the cost of the cup but at least give me some options or act like you appreciate my $15 for 4 donuts and a coffee. While I sat outside, I saw multiple people walk up, see the sign on the door that says only mobile orders, shake their head and leave to eat somewhere else.

Today I visited the Kapolei Dunkin Donuts and ordered the Salted Caramel Cold Brew and was told they didn’t have salt or the foam for the Cold Brew, but they did have Caramel. Then I ordered Turtledove Crunch, but they did not have the crunch for the drink. Long story short, please remove the advertisements for the new cold brew drinks if you don’t have all the ingredients for the drink. However, the blueberry glaze donut is always delicious.

I’m so happy with my experience today. Upon arrival, the line was moderately long, but it moved fast. When I ordered, the woman at the register was so friendly and she even told me about a promotion going on for the drink I ordered. I originally ordered a small pumpkin spice latte, but she informed me that with the special, the medium pumpkin spice latte‘s were actually cheaper. I’m glad she save me a few dollars. I received my food very fast and everything tasted delicious.
