The bomb, I would definitely stop here again. The service was fantastic, the food was served promptly and fresh. Definitely placed under the 5 star category. The entire crew was very friendly and my server was on top of it. Can’t ask for more when on the road. Thanks El Charro!

We were in the area road tripping to see family and stopped in here on a Friday night for dinner. We got seated right away and the chips came out hot and fresh. The salsa was delicious. The Cheese dip was the go to for appetizer purpose…it was a hit at the table!! I was super excited to read the grilled chicken and cheese dip with grilled onions special! It came with tortillas and rice and beans. It was great! Needless to say I needed a Togo box. The Margarita I was craving was also on special and the first one went down so smooth. I was brave enough to order another but this time I wanted a Mango one. The server brought it out and I stirred it with excitement… I then noticed something swirling in the drink. I cut my hair super short…so I KNEW it wasn’t mine. I got the servers attention and he removed the drink from my tab. That was the only knock from 5 stars to 4

We stopped here on our way through because there were lots of cars so thought it must be good but were very disappointed. The salsa was just okay and after ordering cheese dip we waited and waited without the waiter bringing it so we had to flag him down and then our food came right out. It was quick, but they prepared the wrong dish for me. I ordered the steak quesadilla and got the fajita one instead which was full of peppers, onions, etc. and just folded over which was thick like a huge taco instead of a quesadilla (I hate onions and peppers). Again, we waited and waited for our waiter to return and he never did so one of the other waiters who passed by a few times noticed I wasn’t eating my dish and asked why. I then said just bring me a cheese quesadilla instead so they brought me out one large tortilla with cheese dip in it, not the stringy chewy type of cheese you normally see so it was dripping out of the tortilla and terrible. They also didn’t bring me a salad and guacamole with it until I again asked for it. Our waiter couldn’t speak very good English and didn’t seem to understand anything we were asking for. The food tasted cheap and the service was not very good. Will never return.

Food was delicious, but the service was nothing to brag about. When my friends and I arrived inside here, we were seated in a banquet room with hardly any lighting on and a table booth with broken seats. After we got seated down, I had to go to a light switch to switch on some lights as my friends and I could barely see each other’s faces it was so dark. However, our food came out fresh, hot, and tasted scrumptious! Overall, our visit here was okay.

Poor service, cold food! My son asked to go for his birthday because he wanted the whipped cream in his face.so we told waiter 3 times it is his birthday he seemed it didn’t matter. Beans tasted like they were pulled from refrigerator, and food was way overpriced! Will not be going back

I used to eat here all the time with my family. I don’t know if it’s new owners or what but this is not the El Charros I remember. Salsa tastes like marinara sauce with some cilantro in it. Chips were really stale. Our food took forever to come out, and one of my kids plates never came out. I had to ask for it. The rice tasted soapy. I feel like we were over priced for our food. Would not recommend eating here.

This is a fantastic restaurant! Everything was so flavorful. We loved the margaritas. Their thick chips are fantastic and the salsa is unbelievable! I had the Jalisco Special and my husband the chimichanga meal and I highly recommend either. The restaurant was clean and the staff very kind and attentive. Very reasonably priced.

I ordered the El Charro fajitas, wife ordered the Fajitas Hawianas. Came out still sizzling loudly. Could only eat a third of it. So delicious. Very generous portions on everything including drinks. Service was excellent. Will be going back.
