Best service! FRESH everything from the meats to produce! You must try their selection of fresh waters! Don’t be intimidated if you are a non-Spanish speaker like myself. The staff is bilingual and will go above and beyond to ensure your experience is the best! We are blessed to have such an amazing gem in this town! I will definitely be back!

Freshest meal I’ve had in Stephenville. We stopped in for a light lunch and will definitely be back. Shrimp cocktail – a schooner of large shrimp with freshly sliced avocado – was in a perfectly seasoned cocktail sauce and garnished with fresh line and orange. The ceviche tostada was generously topped with fresh ceviche and avocado. Street tacos – we tried shrimp and el pastor – were flavorful and again perfectly fresh. Diners around us were enjoying fajitas – everything looked fantastic. You can buy cooked individual and family meals plus they have a fresh meat market offering marinated skirt steak, short ribs, and chicken. While the atmosphere isn’t fancy, it couldn’t be more friendly.

First time at El Corral. Supermarket and small restaurant. Ate lunch today with wife and friend. El Corral special is lit. Shrimp, chicken, steak and onions all together made for a full lunch and leftovers. Street tacos were great. All meal items under 20 dollars. GET THE QUESO DIP.

The food was not good. Everything tasted like canned food. The chicken fajitas were not marinated, the beans were canned or at least tasted that way. The rice was tasteless, literally tasteless. I heard so many goof things about this place was very disappointed in the cooked food. I likely will not be returning.

Street tacos are amazing! Rice is so good! But my very favorite was the hibiscus water! Oh my goodness, I couldn’t put it down until the cup was empty! Never had anything like it. The staff was so friendly and nice. Fantastic experience! I will be back!
