I have been to El Gran Jaguar several times and I love each experience. I had their Gorditas, the Shucos, the Pollo Empanizado and I just love the way the way they marinate all of their meat and cook their food. The service was great and I would totally recommend all of my friends to check them out.

They have the best beef soup ever, and make it perfectly every time. They also have a lot of other very delicious dishes, all of which have a lot of food included. For the amount and quality of the food, the food is very inexpensive. They understood what I was ordering immediately, despite my speech problem. Overall, a great place! I think they deserve, like, 5 Michelin stars!!

Waitress have good customer service. Now the food, im very disappointed. When i first went, the food was great. Everytime i go now, the food gets worse and worse after each time. What is wrong with the kitchen staff. Lack of care. Ya no les importa la calidad de la comida. Quality of food has gone down. I force myself to tip because its not the waitress fault for the low quality of food. I have a stomach ache now. The drinks are always great tho. Step up your game El Jaguar. Get new cooks. Your chicken is dry. And your steak is chewy and small pieces.
