I was prepared for small portion airport fare but this was a very nice surprise! My pasta jambalaya was fantastic. The seafood platter was a huge mound of fried shrimp and catfish with some tasty steak fries! The coleslaw

Nice airport dining. I ordered a fresh, delicious salad and crispy, well seasoned tenders. You have to use a QR code for the menu and ordering, which was strange as they have plenty of servers in the establishment. Pricing is not horrible. Enjoyable place to eat while you wait for your flight.

I am truly disappointed. When the name is Emeril you expect great flavors from entree to condiment. Coleslaw had no flavor and just bland mayo. I added black pepper. The catfish was seasoned well but over cooked. The aioli taste like a cup of mayonnaise. Staff was very courteous which is the reason for an additional star.

Sign said 20 minute wait. After 25 minutes, a waitress did ask how long we were waiting. Then stated “we are not ready yet”. Looking around, On the side where we waited, 6 open tables. Wait staff seen, 4 waitresses and 2 bar tenders. After a 30 minute wait, we were seated. You need your phone to order because the wait staff only delivers your items. Total was $36 for a salad and bottle of water.

This place should have a higher rating, as far as airport options go it’s pretty good. Chicken on the chicken Caesar salad was juicy and well seasoned. Came out super quickly. Bartend was really nice and helped me removed the second glass of wine off my bill I accidentally added with the app.

DeAndrea was AWESOME!! Whomever was in the kitchen on July 24 at 2pm knocked the Jambalaya pasta and fried chicken out of the park. The seasoning and the crispness of the chicken, made our mouths water.

UNDERWHELMED FOR BREAKFAST GO TO STARBUCKS INSTEAD!! With the name you expect BAM. But you get BUMmer! BORING potatoes just cut n fried NO onions or peppers. No egg dishes except expensive sandwiches and scrambled plate. Sausage had no taste, eggs all OVER HARD. or scrambled. The ordering is HMS airport app. That means service stinks. Waitress is delivery person, no smiles no asking if order ok or do you need anything else! Apps make servers Lazy . For these prices you expect some service. You get little. It’s an airport restaurant with his name but no good breakfast food. Don’t pay the high prices for nothing diff than the rest. NOT WORTH IT!

I’m not one to leave reviews usually but I was so appalled at the service before I even ordered that I just left. I sat down and plugged in my phone and was on a call with my husband (my flight had been rescheduled and we were figuring it out) when the waitress walked up and asked me if I knew what I wanted to order. I motioned go the QR code on the table and she said okay. While I was still on the phone she came up again and asked if I was ready to order. I am very aware you have to order something at this restaurant to take up a space, but I was just baffled that within a span of three minutes I had been asked twice when I obviously hadn’t even looked at the menu. I finished up my call and told my husband they really wanted me to look at the menu and I’d call him back. In the next 6 minutes while I was there looking at the menu, she asked an additional 3 times if I was ready to order. The last time I had enough and got up and left. I was there a total of 12 minutes and was asked 5 times if I was ready to order. As I was leaving I said “Sorry, didn’t find anything for me, thanks” and she just ignored me and walked by. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Save your money and walk down to Shake Shack like I did.
