We had heard recommendations and decided to get take out. We ordered Spring Rolls and Seafood Delight. Both were not good. The Spring Rolls were not good. I could not even taste what was inside them. The Seafood came with about 6 large shrimp, 1 mini lobster tail, scallops and the fake crabmeat. The shrimp had a odd taste to them. The lobster was very over cooked and you could not even taste any flavor. The scallops were okay. I was really hoping to have good Chinese food so we had another place to go. We will not be back. We had Chinese. Based on the reviews I read, Sushi may be much better.

Was there for the first time after good reviews from my friends. Not sure if I gonna come back. Ordered only one thing (Ephrata roll) but they still got it wrong on receipt, and I didn’t notice it before home that it was 1 or 1.5 dollars more. Not that much but still disappointing. Talking about roll, the rice was overcooked. We’ll that’s pretty much it for the first experience. Mixed feelings ‍♀️

Really happy with the experience here at Asian Bistro. The lunch specials are really cheap as I got the sesame chicken, rice and soup for $7.50. The food was very good with tons of flavor. Can’t wait to come back and try the sushi, which also has really good lunch deals.

Ephrata Asian Bistro is a small restaurant in the Giant shopping center that’s big on choices and flavors. We had peanut avacado sushi, coconut chicken and Thai red curry chicken. Portions were fair and everything was really good. The server was very friendly and was eager to answer any questions that we had. We will eat here again.

The food was very fresh. I get sweet and sour chicken at every Chinese restaurant and this was absolutely the freshest batter I have ever had. Rice was fresh. With a bottled soda it was just over $15!! Yikes!! That’s the only drawback. If it was cheaper I would go there more.

Excellent. This was the best sashimi we have ever seen. I took my husband out for his birthday and he wasn’t disappointed. He got the sashimi platter (chef’s choice) and I got the chicken pad Thai. All yummy. Hannah speaks very good English and is very good at taking care of the customers. We ate in.
