Terrible customer service. I overheard the nastiest manager put a family out today; because her cooks served food with eggshells in it, so instead of fixing it – she justified it and then asked the CUSTOMER to leave. I watched the whole interaction – the manager has no place in that position, she should be at most a dishwasher not dealing with the public. On top of that there were gnats & flies everywhere; flying by peoples faces, and food that’s comes out cold. Stay away far away from here, TERRIBLE!

We came this morning for breakfast. We ordered our food from the server and proceeded to wait for over 25 minutes for our food. Both tables on either side of us were seated after us and received their breakfast. It wasn’t until we asked the server to check on our food that she brought it out to us. Our breakfast must have been sitting for a while somewhere because both plates were COLD. Sorry but not acceptable.

My friend and I enjoy trying out local breakfast restaurants, so we decided to try out Eye Opener yesterday, 03/12/22! The restaurant was spacious, and the staff was friendly. I ordered The Morning Sunshine Omelette with a side of bacon. The food was tasty and affordable. Naturally, the restaurant was busy. Because of this, it took time to get refills on beverages, which is totally understandable, considering it was a Saturday morning! Even though the restaurant was busy, we did not have to wait for a table, which was awesome. I will definitely come back and support this business in the future!

Been here a few times. I mean, it goes without saying, this place is fun and enjoyable! Local people, great food, and has that ma and pa feel about it. And wow, food is fresh and HOT every time. What a fun little place. Saturday morning at 10am it took us about 35 mins to get a table, so that wasn’t fun. Waitress was really nice though and the food was awesome so I’ll still come back. I love the style too with all the old pictures and the signs they have throughout.

Tried this for the first time last week. After a big disappointment trying a new place during the winter, what a pleasant surprise Eye Opener is! Buzzing with talk and activity, Eye Opener is positively electric! The service was fast, the waiter nice and the Eggs Benedict very good. If there’s a downside, there’s not a lot of parking available (but I think there’s more in the back).
