The pictures are from a previous visit when i had a good opinion for them. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THE LADY THAT SERVES YOU HURRIES YOU UP AND SEEMS IN A BAD MOOD. WE WERE UNDECIDED ON WHAT TO GET SINCE EVERYTHING LOOKED SO GOOD, SHE WAS LIKE HURRY UP BECAUSE WE ARE CLOSING SOON, I ASKED HER WHAT TIME DO YOU CLOSE, “9:30”,,, I LOOKED AT MY PHONE IT WAS LIKE 8:40 AND NO ONE ELSE IN LINE, I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF THERE WAS PEOPLE BEHIND ME, BUT 0… I USED TO GO ALOT HERE BUT THERES A MUNCHIES PLACE AND A ALOHA SHAVED ICE PLACE THAT SELLS THE SAME THINGS . I’ve been coming to this place for a while now but was really turned off by my experience today. The lady working does not speak English and that’s fine but both parties need to communicate in a way that’s understood. I’ve had no issues communicating my order to her in the past but this time she was really rude about it when she got my order wrong. She huffed at me, rolled her eyes and then came back before she made my corn in the cup. She tried clarifying what size I wanted the corn but shouted at me in front of another customer. I felt like she was belittling me because I didn’t know Spanish. I give her my card to pay for my items and ask her how much. She gives me my total in Spanish which doesn’t help me know how much she’s charging. She was insistent on my putting my card in the machine more than once when I was telling her I didn’t understand. I asked if she could write it down or something and she just kept saying she doesn’t know English while I’m gesturing to write the amount down. She then got another customer to translate for us. Her behavior was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the worst place ever. The lady at night really is disrespectful. I went in last night & when I wasn’t responding to her in Spanish she started to be rude. They do not take card and are crazy overpriced. I ordered a corn in the cup that stated like caned corn w mayonnaise and the cheese want even melted and tasted like mozzarella cheese. I also got a fruit cup w seemed to be like days old fruit. NEVER going back. Just go across the street to tres hermanos, it is a thousand times better than this garbage fire of a place.

I just ordered two corn in a cup the lady who was there was super rude. I asked a question about using a credit card and she just completely ignored me. Not only does the corn ina cup tastes horrible but is extremely overpriced!! First and last time!!

Lady is rude, rushes you, and ignores you if you ask a question. Food tasted old, candy was expired and corn was cold and tasted like mayo with mozzarella cheese and to top it off it’s overpriced! Never again!!

Only good service is by the owners themselves. The lady on the evening shift is down right disrespectful. Heaven forbid I get a mangonada with mangos in it. This is the third time she’s been utterly rude. No longer a patron. I’ll be going to Pinas Locas from now on!!!
