Pita seemed a bit stale and most of the plate was nothing to write home about, but the falafel itself was honestly really delicious and the perfect texture. And the guy running the counter was really nice with a great attitude.

Even on a snowy day, the restaurant was packed with people. We enjoyed the variety of foods in the Casablanca platter which had rice, hummus, shawarma, pita, salad, dolma, falafel, and sauces for ~$16 each platter. It was a very filling lunch. It was mostly tasty, but by the time our platter was served, the shawarma was not hot or tender.

Out of all the amazingly delicious and mouthwatering restaurants in Boulder, Filafel King is one of my favorites. Honestly, I don’t think there’s a better place to get a salad. These salads are absolutely loaded with all the tasty, crunchy, yummy ingredients you could ask for. I always get gyros on top, which makes it a perfect vegetable-protein meal. Recently I met the owner who is not only friendly; he has a good dose of humor.

This is a very popular fast food option on pearl street. The menu has a fair amount of options for main courses and sides. Everything is very fresh and well cooked. We each got something different and enjoyed each item. The Turkish coffee is amazing! The man that took our order was a bit aggressive and pushy but it was busy. The cashier was very nice though. The prices were a bit higher then expected and the portions could be bigger for that price. However, it was a good experience with good food. It is popular for a reason. We will be going back for sure!

There was a line out the door, which can be a good sign. I had the gyro, which included fries and a drink. While I love a good gyro, they’re not always easy to get. Too much of one thing, not enough of another. This was one of the better gyros I’ve had. I was surprised at how much meat was on it. I added feta, which made it even better. Unfortunately, they let the fries cook way too long, but I still ate most of them. I’m from out if town, so I can’t go back, but I would if I could.

Really Great food and the service was good too. Great stop on the Pearl strip to stop for a quick bite. Also the Turkish coffee and pistachio baklava was AMAZING.

First time here was in 1978, and I still love it! We had the falafel sandwiches. The pita was thicker than I remembered the last time I was here but, that only helped the sandwiches stay together better. I highly recommend this Boulder landmark whenever you’re downtown.

Traditional and consistent. This IS my favorite place to eat, when on Pearl. You will get Falafel in every bite! Portions are heavy. Been coming here over 10 years. The best quality food ever. Good for Vegan and Vegetarian, also meat dishes, too. You simply walk in order and it’s being prepared in no time, service is prompt. You seat Your self. Clean and cozy. The lighting is bright but diffused. Good for a fun casual first date. About 9 bucks for a satisfying meal!

Nice cozy place, right on the Pearl street with good middle eastern food. My friend told me about their falafel which they fry fresh for you.
