The Koobideh was not actually a Koobideh, more like a Kabab tabei! Low quality sorry ( coming from a Persian )

Most delicious meal I’ve had at Pike Place! Incredibly warm and friendly staff who made us feel welcomed (they gave us a salad while we waited!) and the food was so tasty! You can tell it was made with expertise and love. We had the fesenjoon and baghali polo. Would recommend this spot to everyone!

Oh the flavors! I was happy to eat my dish that I had to give review. I am Df and GF and this place did not disappoint.

Got the Fesenjoon (chicken stew with fruit and spices, with rice) simply amazing. All the spices and fruit came together into this mouth watering deliciousness. I should add this is my first time eating Fesenjoon and I don’t know much about Persian food, so I’m no expert, but it was scrumptious enough to make foodie me very happy. Definitely try this place. Even after taxes and tip the entire meal was $15.

It’s been ages since I’ve seen a Persian restaurant and I’m so glad I found this one! I’m gluten and dairy intolerant, they were understanding and let me know what I could and couldn’t eat. There were plenty of options! My son had the #2 and I had the #7. They were both very good and the price for the amount of food was very reasonable. The service was excellent, helpful and attentive! They went above and beyond. When I’m in Seattle I will definitely be back! My only issue was that this restaurant didn’t come up when I did a search of gluten free restaurants. I was actually going to go to the Thai restaurant next door when I saw a sign for Persian food and asked if there was anything I could eat. When they told me yes it was an easy decision.

The food was amazing. Some unique dishes that I’ve never heard of before. The owner was also super nice and gave me a 13¢ discount . Prices were much more reasonable than many of the other restaurants in the market.

Absolutely delicious! Had the Kebab #6 and Borani Eggplant (kashke bademjan) and both were super yummy. Very reasonably priced and large portions. Staff is super kind and attentive. Arguably the best value for money in the area and a Pike Place must!

This place lives up to its name and more. During my visit in Seattle this was one of the best meals and definitely the only best value for money and least expensive and most satisfying meal that I have had. There are plenty of spots around this little cafe that are really popular and have queues but if you haven’t tried this place you are missing out. Their ingredients are fresh and the food tastes amazing!! The owner/gentleman running this place is a wonderful man and super kind to everyone. He has a calming aura and was really hospitable to us when my mom needed a place to sit and rest for a bit as she was tiered walking. We had no intentions to buying food from this place initially and he was totally okay with it. He even offered my mom a bottle of water and said that she could rest there for as long as she needed. That was just fantastic as we weren’t necessarily getting that from other more popular spots that were either packed or just didn’t want a table to be taken or had the whole Covid agenda going on. It was nice to see humanity and someone empathising. Anyway, the next day we decided to give this place a shot, and man, we absolutely loved it!! My mom got the veggie platter with stew and rice which was amazing and we also got a chicken sandwich which was Delish!! Absolutely recommend this place not only for the amazing food but also to support this business run by kind wonderful souls.

I love Persian food and want to support them, but there’s no excuse for microwaving precooked kebab to serve to customers. On top of that, the food was not well seasoned at all. In fact, it tasted like one day old kebab. You can precook some dishes like stews and soups, but not kebab. It has to be fresh!

Amazing food! The owners were very gracious hosts and served us a bean and beef dish loaded with fresh herbs. Delicious! And the saffron rice was fragrant and perfectly cooked. We would definitely recommend and will be back.
