Been here before and while the food is good and the beer is cold, service has definitely fallen-off. A little less time spent on their cell phones and kitchen staff flirting with the waitresses would be appreciated. Showed up with 43 minutes till boarding. Knew what we wanted and ordered within 90 seconds of sitting down. Got our 1 burger and an order of fries with 8 minutes to spare before boarding. Come on now, you guys can do better than this.

I can’t even rate the food because we never got that far. My wife and I visited this restaurant on my way out of Tulsa a little before 6 pm on 6/17/23. I wore a white fishing shirt (since corporate should review these videos). Sign at the front said to seat yourself, so we did. After 15 minutes with no acknowledgement that we there there, I walked up to the bar to order my food. I wasn’t sure if they had table service. After another 5-7 minutes, the bartender berated me for even walking up to the bar holding a menu. The waitstaff consisted on one person so it wasn’t her fault, but it would’ve gone far to be acknowledged at any point. The bartender was rude and condescending and he shouldn’t be in a customer facing role in any establishment. Needless to say, we left without making a purchase. I write this review to warn others of this place. We went to the other restaurant in the terminal and were taken great care of.

I sat down to eat while I was waiting for my flight. After I sat myself, I sat for 20 minutes and a server walked by me twice. Nobody even approached me. Didn’t even get a chance to order a water. After of 20 minutes of sitting I went to eat at another place in the airport. Don’t waste you time with this location.

Went to Fat Guys hoping to get a meal before my 4:21 boarding. Got in at 3:10pm. Ordered my burger and drink. About 45 minutes later the server checked on me for the first time. Said they “lost the check” I’m not sure how that can happen when the tables aren’t even 50% full. I missed my meal before my flight. I will never be returning to Fat Guys. The service is not what I expected.

I’ve been here several times recently and even though it’s one of the few options in the airport it’s not bad. The beer is certainly overpriced but not much you can do about it. The food has always been pretty good and there are plenty of TV’s to watch. When I’ve got time to kill before a flight this is where I head.
