We’ve had the churrasco, stuffed tostones with pulled pork, nachos, soups, pasta dishes, appetizers, etc. Food is fresh, hot, and yummy! Servers and bartenders are friendly, professional, attentive, and respectful. We’ve had no problems with special requests when ordering.

Enjoy both locations but Blauvelt is a much more laid back atmosphere. Juan and the staff are super friendly and just a pleasure to talk to. Food is fantastic. I recommend the chicken dumplings appetizer, and definitely leave room for dessert

Appetizers were generously portioned. The chicken dumplings were fried crispy with an Asian-inspired sauce. Tostones and empanadas were well done. For the main I had the Nashville hot chicken. Spicy, but could’ve been spicier. Good crispiness on the chicken though which made up for it. Desserts were also well done with the chocolate chip brownie being tied with the blueberry crumble. All very well done.

Place is very nice and romantic ambience large selection of drinks and food types. Came with my fiancé Gio treated us very good. Professional attention The food was fantastic the wings to start were meaty fresh not frozen, the sangria was delicious real Spanish sangria flavor the short rib wow!!!!!! Sooo good I order it everywhere and here is one of the best. The churrasco was delicious too the beans that came with it had great flavor. Will definitely come back ! What a gem !

Our go to spot is Fire & Cork! We love both locations in New City and Blauvelt. Juan and his team have created something really special. The attention to details, the friendliness of the staff, amazing service, the delicious food and drinks, the great atmosphere, I could go on forever! If you have not been to Fire & Cork, you need to go now! Be sure to say hello to Ann Marie, she does it all! A master bartender, a friendly and attentive waitress and always smiling! Such a hard working person!!
