First time eating here, not big on warmed subs, but the turkey bacon ranch sub was good, a bit sloppy but overall tasty.

Sat at the drive thru pick up window for 20 minutes just to find out that the card reader was down….. would have been nice to know at the time I placed my order to avoid my time being wasted.

This place always has great ingredients and everything is made in front of you by hand! I love that you also support local fire departments with purchases! I recommend the Hook & Ladder!

Very good, got the steak and Swiss and bacon, little pricey, but worth it

$14 ‘prime rib’ tasted like microwaved roast beef. Tough and no flavor.

I wish I could give zero stars, there hasn’t been a single time where I received my food in less than 20 minutes with or without people waiting in front of me. I’ve found hair melted in with the cheese plenty of times as well, the person who takes orders wether it’s one of the women or the guy, they’re all unbelievably rude and act like your an inconvenience. Long wait, rude customer service, hair in food, I’ve tried giving them multiple chances.

Tad expensive but it’s an awesome treat when I can afford it. The Hook & Ladder is my personal favorite and this store has never messed up any of my orders except one time they forgot a side pickle. Beats Subway, hands down.
