I visited on a Friday afternoon, the place wasn’t overly busy by any means but with two staff members they seemed pretty overwhelmed. It took about 15-20mins to get 2 subs which wasn’t ideal but again, I think they were understaffed. This was my first time at a Firehouse subs, I finally decided to try them as I had a free sub with my T-Mobile Tuesdays. I had a hook & ladder sub which was just a standard sub, nothing special. Comparing them to other sub spots, I’d say they definitely rank higher than Subway but sadly not as good as a Publix sub but that’s just me.

Located along Hallandale Beach Blvd., this Firehouse Subs is spacious and has adequate table seating for customers who want to dine in. You can also place an order to go or pickup an online order. There is a variety of hot & cold subs, salads, sides, desserts, and cold beverages. The staff is friendly and the subs are prepared fresh and in a timely manner.

When we walked in there were two people behind the counter neither of them greeted us so we greeted them. They spoke but unwillingly as if being forced. The atmosphere was not friendly at all. My food was fresh but my order wasn’t made correctly.

Just another sub place not particularly a value for subs. It’s just the firehouse theme with the supposed attention to donating to a first responder that attracts supposed patriots might be the attraction to go there. The place is just fine if you don’t have an alternate favorite sub shop (which there are quite a few). The food is just fine (a lot of subs to choose from the menu) and counter customer service as well. Subs served warm is a plus, for sure, for some. And you get a pickle.

HORRIBLE location , they stated that they will honor a free sub for teachers with a purchase the manager named julio (not sure if he gave the right name ) who worked on May 8th at 7pm refused to go by the polices he lied and stated their app doesn’t work and you do not need an app for this deal. He also changed what he said and stated he cannot put it in the system. I called cooperations to complain I even showed him my teachers badge and he refused to honor Firesubs polices. This is teachers appreciation week and this needs to be addressed immediately.

Horrible customer service. No chip variety available. Rack empty. Employees arguing. Food took long yet NOONE was in there. Toilet didn’t flush. Soap dispenser was broken. Just horrible upkeep and maintenance. The worst firehouse I’ve ever been to. Franchise owner needs to hire much better.

I came in for the New York sub which I haven’t had in a while. The sub was perfectly made, so delicious. Even though we had issues with water, because of a pipe burst. The customer service was way above normal. You guys have a very good team, positivity is always a good sign of leadership. Tommy, Andre and Melvin….Great job!!!! Place was very clean also.
