Usually I am quite pleased with my troops to this firehouse. This time not so much. The staff was more pre-occupied with discussing a co-worker moving than paying attention to the orders. I ordered my wife’s sub with extra lettuce and got less lettuce than we normally get on a regular sub. I will come back as my family still loves the subs here but it might be awhile before I return.

Service trash pass 830 when the teenagers are left alone to run the roost. Very unprofessional without a manager there or at least someone over the age of 25. Food was amazing and this was my only bad experience with firehouse but dang… From the moment I walked in 2 or 3 people sighed and rolled there eyes because they close at 9.

Do not order through this site and use active menus. It is not through their fire house website. It is a ordering service and firehouse had to look up my order and the active menus charged me an extra $8. Not happy with that.

By far the best Firehouse Subs I’ve been too. The best sandwich that I’ve ever eaten and I mean ever!! The gentleman that answered the phone had a script set up to take orders that was very detailed and quick. Worked perfectly for lunchtime rush. Can’t wait to go back!
