Walked in at 8:25 and asked if they were still open, they said yes. Our sandwiches came out at 8:34 and we were told we could not stay and eat as they were closing in 25 min, we would have been done in 15 min. I would have not ordered my food if I couldn’t sit and enjoy my sandwich. I will not be back many other places that treat their customers better. Very disappointed. (Not to mention we were going to place another to go order for our kids)

We ordered three different types of subs and every single one was fantastic. The person who took our order was so nice and explained our options well. The whole experience was great from walking in and being greeted warmly to the last bite of our subs. Definitely going back in the future.

I went there at 7:45 PM the doors are locked and the floors are mopped though your sign said close at nine. Period so is that the case why was the door lock at 7:45 and nobody in there, on a Friday we just was one Parton‘s party and then working so I’ll go to the one on commercial little out of my way but just wanted firehouse subs to know.

I absolutely love Firehouse (usually). They have good portion sizes, tasty food, fair and reasonable prices, and a good mission statement to give back to local first responders. HOWEVER – today I ordered a combo meal as I usually do, and about halfway into the sandwich I found MULTIPLE long black hairs in it, which was sad and disgusting, at the least incredibly disappointing.

I tried to order via your mobile app at 8:30 PM and your app won’t accept the order so I drove to the location to order in person at 8:40 PM when you were supposed to close at 9:00 PM and your staff waved at me that they are closed, that is a bad practice and the management needs to look at their hours of operations and advise the staff take an order until the last minute, it doesn’t make sense to have the open sign on if you are closed 40 min early.

I can here at noon on a Wednesday 4/12/23. The crew, specifically Yolanda and Shanard were great. They were kind, inviting, and greeted us immediately. Additionally, lunch itself was great! Would definitely recommend this particular store to anyone in the area.

Love the inside of firehouse sub’s it’s really cool. Love that they Care about firefighter’s an help them. The staff is kind. Very clean. Food is delicious. I haven’t tried everything yet. There sub’s are good an so Are the cookie’s!
