While I haven’t dined-in, in this location in quite some time.. It’s very rare my pick ups are successful. I have tried multiple times with this location before even writing a bad review, keep in mind. One day I placed an order ahead of time, approximately 4 hours ahead of time. I had some worries that my ticket would print right away and be made and then sit 4 hours for pick up, but assured myself that couldn’t happen… sure enough, picked up an extremely soggy, cold Italian.. unfortunately, on my lunch break so I didn’t even have time to have it remade, and I was afraid of eating lunch meat that sat out for 4 hours… I have also picked up group orders multiple times from here, when one person in the group requests for example, no onion, no tomato.. everyone in the group also does not get onions or tomatos, although their order didn’t specify that… Seems my luck is the equivalent to a trip to McDonalds, rarely getting what I ordered.

Ordered from app and they decided to make the food instantly instead of when pick up time was. All my food was cold and bread was soggy. I picked up on time but food has been sitting there getting cold for who knows how long.

High quality everything! My impressions is that this place serves excellent food with people who are incredibly friendly and care about making a good meal for everyone, and my experience and meals so far have been excellent. Everything I’ve tried was packaged carefully and tasted so great! I especially love the meatball sub, a sandwich I usually use as the barometer to test any new shop I go to and it turns out this one’s my favorite here. … And then I try the pastrami and then that’s my favorite… And now I expect every new sandwich will send up being my new favorite. Give them a try!

First time. Service personnel are fabulously sweet people . They explained the menu processes and everything without complaint. Made the sandwiches perfectly. I think it’s a great Northern Sandwich Restaurant. Personally, we prefer Southern food. However, I highly recommend this restaurant to those with inclined taste buds.

The was my second time coming in to the fire House restaurant one in Ohio and one here in palm coast Fla. the food was good but the employees are not very friendly. I came in and no customers was in the store and I said wow it smells great in here they looked at me like I was crazy and I got to the cashier to order and waited for her to come over and she just stood there and finally she said something I was not going to say anything tell she spoke. Just not friendly at all. So I will try the other one in town by the small airport next time. So for that I say a ⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and walked in at 8:30 pm we began to look at the menu and was told in a very aggressive manner we are closing which the store closed at 9pm that immediately made us feel very uncomfortable. Once we gave our order we could still feel very uncomfortable the person that helped us had a red shirt on I assume she was a manager very nasty our sandwiches was made in less than seven minutes which immediately lead me to believe that they weren’t fully done, my husband asked the cashier if they had mushrooms he told my husband no once we went to pay there was a sign there that says that they do sell mushrooms when I questioned the cashier on this he said he thought my husband asked him if there was any mushrooms on the sandwich so he then told them to add the mushrooms when I opened my box the mushrooms was just thrown on top of my sandwich our sandwiches were thrown together they were cold the steak didn’t taste done. I’m very disappointed in the service that we received tonight I understand the need for everybody wanting to go home at night but a half an hour before closing time and we were treated like we came in there at 8:55 and they close at nine is unacceptable! Especially disappointed if the women in the red shirt was a part of management what happened to leading by example!! Do better
