Walked in and the manager was chatting at the front in the customer area with the workers.. the workers were clearly uncomfortable. When I asked the manager if I could have a sandwich that wasn’t soaked in juice he scoffed and said that would never happen, i then asked if i could have all of the liquid condiments on the side instead, he again laughed it off. This has happened every single time I’ve been to this location which has been 4 times. Upon leaving the restaurant I noticed that the “manager” was again not concerned with doing his job. Owners take notice, you have been taken for a fool. This manager does not care about the customers or what they order.

Ordered through DoorDash, and it was horrible. My order was missing several items, the sub was missing several ingredients, the bread was so soggy it fell apart, and it looked like the sub had just been tossed in the box in a messy pile. The ingredients that were actually there were terrible quality – I could have gotten better food from the gas station. Would rate this place a 0 out of 10 if I could. Will never order from there again.

I saw the bread almost hit the ground it seemed like it did but I cannot confirm, the food was lukewarm and full of water. One of the workers was eyeing my wife in a seductive way while we were eating making her uncomfortable. Horrible experience bring your money and time somewhere else.

I got a large sub and the food was good. Except when I got to the end of each half their was an inch and a half of just bread with no Ingredients. Makes you feel like you should just order a median being they only give you a median size of meat and ingredients. That’s almost 3 inches of empty sandwich .Plus the cashier was definitely weird and kinda creepy. He lied about the cost. I asked if mushrooms cost extra “he says NO” then proceeds to charge me 75 cents. Very odd!

Went in there at at 12:30 in the afternoon and there were three groups ahead of us waiting for their sandwiches. We ordered ours and sat down to wait. I took 20 MINUTES to get a friggin sub sandwich. It was not like there were big groups – two groups of three and one group of one. When people came in behind us I almost yelled to them to turn and go away unless they had the entire afternoon to wait. I have NO CLUE what took so long to make our sandwiches. And, to me, the worst part, is they did not even apologize for the wait when they gave them to us. The other interesting thing was that while I waited I looked up how much went back to first responders as I had nothing else to do and it is like .12%. So, on my $28 order they gave back 3.3 cents. But they did get me to donate a $1 of my own money. Great marketing scam as well. But, the food was good once it came.

Went into firehouse subs and waited until someone finally came to the counter we were the only one in the shop after approximately 3 minutes someone came up took our order then we waited another 20+ minutes for two subs! Definitely will not be coming back JERSEY MIKES is the place to go if you want a freshly made sub

I had about a 10 minute wait before my order was even taken along with another 10 minutes for them to craft my sub. The Hook’n’Ladder was very good but the wait is the only reason this isn’t getting 5 stars. 20 minutes is a long time when you only have 30 for lunch.

Ordered pickup on DoorDash. The incorrect bun was used which was an additional charge for “Everything Bun”, missing sautéed onions, missing sautéed mushrooms which was also an extra charge, missing the pickle completely. The salad was to be a plain “side” and has chopped meat, and NO salad dressing!! Of my experience you NEED to check before you leave THIS store, only 1 out of 5 orders seems to be 100% correct. At least I got some credits back from DD.

Good food, but VERY poor service. Whoever manages this location needs to reevaluate the people that they’re leaving to run the shop. The employees would rather converse amongst themselves instead of getting orders out the door and on top of that, they’re cussing back and forth to each other with customers in shop. I cuss myself, but read the room.
