Food and price were okay, but the service was pretty weak. Also, the payment terminal asks for a tip before you’ve even received your food, which seems pretty stupid since Firehouse is only half a step up from fast food. Maybe take a note out of Chipotle’s book and remove the tipping functionality from the payment process.

The sandwiches are consistently good, but twice now I have had an issue trying to do a pick up order. There’s always a whole gaggle of employees in there that “don’t have an order” for me and I have to confirm the pick up location with them. Even after insisting I am at the right location and showing proof I have to jump through hoops before my order is discovered to have been on their pick up order rack (behind the counter) all along.

This was in Provo, Ut and it was my first time ever going to a Firehouse Sub. My husband has been there before. I ordered the meatball sub and when I asked for some parmesan cheese I got a stern “no”.I then ask ” Do you have anything? Sal..” and very quickly again said “no”.. when I got back to the table he said they normally have that stuff on the table. As I ate my food I quickly realized there was one person doing all the work sweeping, cleaning, etc while the rude girl and another young gentleman were fooling around behind the counter. VERY DISAPPOINTING first experience!!!

Not good at all. I ordered the Italian which I always get at other locations. This one tasted over heated. The meat was dry and there wasn’t Italian dressing on it. Also had a dark colored hair in my food. I have light brown/blonde hair. I think the kid making the food should have payed more attention to making a good product than his girlfriend at the counter…

No one was in there i asked to order a larger order of subs all the same.. said need 24 hours for that. I said ok ill order biggest order i could get, they said 4. I said ok ill take 4 and if no one is in line ill order another 4, another then another 4 if no one is line to be decent. All the workers were standing around DOING NOTHING , and wouldnt take the order.. what a joke millenials are becoming!! LAZY

Walked in with my daughter because it’s her favorite sub shop.. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait due to online orders. Seriously, not cool! Get your policy together firehouse, horrible customer service if you don’t put a walk in customer before online orders.

I think that this is one of the best sandwich shops around, very laid back and their is a welcoming atmosphere. The manager that answered all of my questions was very straight forward and accommodating. I’ve always wondered if this is a franchised or corporate owned facility though.
