I stopped in and ordered the beef brisket and cheddar sub. Needless to say, my sub didn’t have any issues at all. Everything was hot, prepared well, and tasted good. Staff was pretty nice and attentive when I walked in. Sweet was quite good as well. No issues at this location.

Pretty good. I got a medium Virginia Ham and it was way too much for me. Shaved ham piled high with provolone cheese, tomato. It comes with lettuce and onions, but I left that off. Husband got Italian sub and liked it. They were not busy. There was a female employee not doing anything who was loud and obnoxious; dining would have been more pleasurable had she not been there.

Delicious!!!!!!!!!! I ordered thru door dash. My food was perfect. I got the turkey bacon ranch sub and it was cooked perfectly. It could not have tasted better. The food at this firehouse is better than any other. Please don’t ever change how you make your subs. Thank you for a delicious lunch!

I ordered a salad ( cold cuts included )and when I got home there was no meat on it so I returned to have it corrected only to have the woman behind the counter tell me the salad didn’t come with meat (even though we were both looking at the menu behind her) so after needless back and forth she finally gave me the salad I originally ordered

The manager this evening was absolutely pathetic. Had an entire store with customers waiting as he chatted it up with friends and then proceeded to refuse to give me my food in which I had paid for and told me my only option was a refund when my food was already prepared right in front of me.

I ordered a sub from here earlier today that was supposed to have wheat bread, olives, extra cheese, tomato, provolone, onion, lettuce, and a sidepickle through doordash. When it got here all I had was two burnt pieces of bread with a slice of cheese with a couple olives and a side pickle. I called the store and the guy who picked up told me that all they saw on the order was cheese and olives. They did not offer to refund me or remake my order. I called doordash and they were able to give me a partial refund. The mac and cheese was fine. I have tried to attach a photo with my reciept and a picture of what came but it doesnt seem to be showing up.

Justin, the store manager and Melissa, the area manager were super helpful when placing a LARGE catering order to feed high school teachers on their first day back to the classroom for the new school year. I wanted to give the Tuesday morning crew a big shout out. My company placed an online order Monday afternoon for 40 boxed lunches to be picked up on Tuesday. They did not get the order until Tuesday morning. This crew had another catered lunch order to process on top of our lunch so they really had to scramble. Anyway, the manager was very apologetic, but when we got our order nothing was missing, everything was fresh and delicious. Hats off to her and her crew!
