The cheese was being put on the burger and just removed and served. Wasn’t even kept on the grill for 2 seconds. The bacon was so much deep fried looked like cinnamon sticks. Hope the chefs are trained at a minimum cooking knowledge or skills

Ordered a burger fries and a shake from Medford station landing location. Said it would be done at 5:03. I came in at 5:15 and still not done. Building has no service. Stood there till 5:30 no response on when my food would be done. Plenty of unhappy customers standing around and no one was getting. Their milkshakes they ordered. Staff was incompetent and not helpful. Unorganized and did not speak English. Place should be shut down. What a waste! I left without my order, waste of $25. Never ordering here again.

The ketchup dispenser tubs on the counter were empty, the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty, the Cajun fries I ordered barely had any seasoning on them, and the burger hardly had any of the onions, mustard, ketchup, and other condiments I asked for.

The woman behind the counter had an infectious smile, and the fellas cooking looked like they were having fun. The burgers were pretty good except the lettuce was flimsy and soft. I like a nice crisp lettuce. They get 5 stars though because I left there in a great mood.

I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or what but the counter was overcrowded with Uber eats/door dash people waiting for their orders. I waited a good 30 minutes for my food and the hamburger only had 1 patty. If I’m going to pay 8.99 for a burger it should at least be made the way it’s supposed to.

Seriously! Five guys is the easiest place to work at with very simple ingredients. If you miss up an easy order here then you are a complete $&@;. Seriously pay attention to peoples orders. What the hell. Multiple times they missed up the order and the burger was saggy.
