This was not the best Five Guys I have ever been to, and I LOVE Five Guys! Bread was stale, although the meat was cooked in front of us, it was still cold and bland; very strange. The fries were perfection. I’m not sure how you could mess those up. The service was okay. The staff seemed to be there to get their time in and go. Not a pleasantry, a smile, no chatter amongst themselves, it was sad. They all need new jobs so they can go be happy! The store was clean. Be careful turning on the bathroom sink. You may get a bath!

Pick up order. No line, friendly staff. In and out. I forgot to order the cheeseburger but it was still a good burger. Food was cold like due to waiting for the Google ETA. The burger was likely done well ahead of time.

It was okay today. Did a pick up order which I still had to go inside and pick. Got back to my car and they forgot bacon and ketchup. Glad we were still in the parking lot. Went back in to get what they missed. When asking for onions and mushrooms on different orders they put those on the bottom of the bun less burger so have to look for additional items. Glad the do burgers in a bowl but could be a little better. Still tastes great and lost a star for forgetting items.

Absolutely worth every penny! I had lunch at Five Guys today, and I haven’t been there in a while. Im glad I went! They were packed and I waited no more than 7 minutes for it after I ordered. My food came out hot, fresh, and made exactly how i ordered it. (My orders are modified) The burger was amazing, and my fries were hot, and fresh, and perfectly salted. Fries are a big deal. They have to be hot and fresh to be really enjoyed. The staff at this Five Guys communicated, and it shows in the end product! 5***** stars for sure! Great Job!

We got there today just as it opened so they were still getting everything final touches. Food was fresh and hot. Fries were crispy and amazing. They also give you a lot of fries so even better. The prices have gone up recently. But still worth it. Staff was friendly and nice.
