Got home which is an hour away from this location after work and realized…. They never put meat on my burger. I waited for ten minuets longer than the pick up time because they said my burgers were ready and they were just waiting on fries which is plenty of time to realize you have two extra patties just sitting on the grill for some reason. I’m pretty disappointed but customer service was helpful in giving me a refund. Staff, be more attentive and focused on what you’re doing next time.

Normally a great lunch experience, but new fry guy doesn’t know about the scoop… when asked they say yes they still add the extra fries but didn’t offer to fix. Also register guy not paying enough attention, so entered my order wrong.. didn’t offer to fix that either. Music still way to loud, can’t hear orders being called.

Worse Five Guys burger we have had. Ordered 2 Little Burgers one with grilled onion and A-1 sauce. Hardly any onions, hardly any steak sauce and the bun was not fresh. The other burger was with lettuce, tomato, grilled onion and grilled mushroom. Hardly any onion and the bun was not fresh. I ordered the fries crispy. They were very salty and the fried looked dark on the outside, but were not cooked on the inside. They used old oil because it had a smell to it. We will not come back to this location.

Was very impressed with this five guys location. They opened up shortly after a hurricane it was crazy busy inside since there weren’t very many places open to eat in town. Service was fast employees were friendly. This is definitely favorite five guys in town! Keep it up!

The food was very good! Love Five Guys. The employees were attentive and focused. I checked in, had a to go order put in beforehand. Ordered a burger and shake. I Sat down . When I saw a shake being made went back to counter. The manager .. I guess..yelled at a young employee about my order had taken to long. It was very harsh the way he spoke to his staff. He was the one making my shake which was not ready yet. The order I felt had not taken to long. The internet said only 7 minutes till order would be ready. That is not enough time. Hope to see people treated better in the future.
