Boyfriend and I ordered burgers through the app one evening. The food was pretty expensive for what we received. Both of our burgers were falling apart before we were even halfway done and mine wasn’t even made correctly so I had to try and scrape off what I could to make it edible for me. Don’t think I’d really want to go back for the price and less than satisfying quality of food I received.

This was my first time visiting Five Guys in a while. The staff was very friendly when I entered. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with extra bacon and a regular order of well-done/crispy fries. It took seven minutes for my order to be ready and I left with my food. When I eventually opened up the bag (not less than five minutes later) I realized the fries were not crispy and were soggy like normal. I looked back at the receipt as also noticed I was charged for the extra bacon. Overall I’m rating this a two-star only for how friendly the staff was. This was not a good experience.

Gave me food poisoning morning after eating this, burger was pink in middle so was my boyfriends ending up having food poisoning from it vomiting and having to go to emergency room. Very dissatisfied and will NOT be coming back .

The staff was less then friendly. Their “100% real ice cream” is a complete joke. I had ordered a strawberry shake and for how fast it was made, you can tell its soft serve. Needless to say I can say do NOT order milkshakes from here, unless you like watered down shakes, and also it was half melted when she handed it to me.
