Great place for a quick lunch and awesome old fashion steak burger, shoestring fries and frozen custard! Food and service was great. A young girl asked me if I wanted whipped cream and a cherry on my frozen custard and I hadn’t even finished the credit card transaction yet, that’s how fast they are! Only negative was a lot of dirty tables but it was busy for lunch. I did notice later they got caught up on all the tables and the manager even dropped by to make sure everything was ok. Recommended.

My husband wanted a burger and fries so we stopped here for the first time. Food came out quick and was hot and seasoned well. Only a few tables were full but many tables were empty but dirty. May try again another time and hoping there will be clean tables. Also a little concerned about kids working with food in the back with long hair but no hair nets.

This is the 2nd time being to Freadys in Tomball. The food and service is good, no issues with that. However being the 2nd time here and the same issues. Dirty Dirty Dirty. It’s 330pm not busy at all. Drive thru is empty 3 customers inside. Lots of sticky dirty tables. Food on the floor and the drink area was filthy! Spilled drinks made the cou ter sticky. The condiments tray was all disarray. Literally 2 straws in the bin. Come on guys your food and service is good but this is disturbing. Please clean the restaurant.

My mom came in over the weekend an it was her 1st time at a Freddy’s. she came home to my house crying saying that she was truly impressed with the one lady that’s working there who knew sign language. Can you please tell Ms T she was awesome an my loves her and her knowledge and consideration for my Mom’s handicap. She also took my parents their food made sure her co workers said thank you and good bye so my understood. You can’t train your staff like this either they have it or not. The staff made sure my parents were good. The table service was over and beyond. The General Manager has a great crew.

Everyone at this Freddy’s has the best attitude and delivers the best service. I know why, though, because their general manager, Hanna has the best attitude and trains them well. They have free Wi-Fi for customers. Tasty food, however, it may be a bit high in sodium for some. Friendly, fast and professional customer service. Accurate order too! The restaurant was clean at the time of my visit. Forks, knives, spoons, napkins, drinks, and condiments are all available and self-service.
