We were very excited about going to Friday’s. This was going to be our splurge meal for the trip. The atmosphere was very nice looking over the lake. We had a large table that was close to us that was very loud. There were a few who did not care who they bothered. The service was very good and professional. The food was not as good as we expected. My wife’s filet was over cooked but they took care of it right away. My ribeye was cooked great. I enjoy the fatty top part of a ribeye and this one had almost none. The steaks were good but I have had better for quite a bit less. The mashed potatoes were ok. If you are going for the atmosphere it’s worth going. If you are going for the food I think you can do better.

Party of 3, excellent service from Matt. All around great dinner, very enjoyable! Best dinner experience we’ve had in Tahoe all summer. Paper Plane cocktails were excellent. Cuts and sides were also tasty. And last but not least, the view was spectacular of course!

Great place to take the wife or significant other. Beautiful view of Lake Tahoe while we dined. Steak was delicious and super tender. Matt, our waiter, was knowledgeable about the food and area. He carried on conversation like we were old friends. Not somewhere where I would eat every day, but it is where I’m choosing to take my wife for our anniversary.

We had dinner here yesterday for our anniversary. Made reservations online. Table was ready when we arrived. Service was incredible!! I noted on our reservation that it was our anniversary…everyone wished us a happy anniversary plus they even brought us a treat after our meal. Our food was so good!! I would definitely recommend this place.

Had brunch there and ordered Bavarian pancakes which was heavenly. Berries were fresh, ripe and sweet. However, the fried shrimp po boy was awful. The shrimp were overbooked and tough. The lettuce was wilted and limp. The roll was over toasted.
