My server was by yourself. There was 2 table there when i got there so i made there then a party of 10 came in she still was so amazing and nice. Even being the only one working her and she was so nice to my daughter. I alway come to this one. The party of 10 was so rude and i felt so bad for her. I wish people could be nicer. Amazing people who work here. She even saw a couple trying to take a picture of himself and offered to take it for them even though she was so busy

My go-to favorite- Reese’s pieces Sunday with chocolate chip ice cream and no marshmallow. Consistently delicious! Right amount of peanut butter and hot fudge. Whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles and a cherry on top for the win.

We tried this tonight and had a very bad experience. We ordered 5 kids meals and 2 normal meals. We made it back to the hotel to discover we were missing a fry order, missing a set of mini sliders, and even though we ordered the honey BBQ burger, a chicken sandwich was in the bag. We tried to call the manager to make it right but nobody answers the phone number listed on Google Maps.

Food was pretty good but service was slow. And we had a few mishaps: one where the server put down someone else’s food on our table. When we let them know they were mistaken, they didn’t initially believe we were correct. That was weird because we of course know what we ordered. Then we didn’t get our meal for a good 20-30 minutes after having already finished our appetizer. At the end, they switched our receipts with another customer. Mind you, there were only 3 parties in the entire establishment.

I got sat, my drinks were taken and within 15 minutes me and my party had already gotten their food. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and honestly it’s the best chicken sandwich in the area. It is always crispy and still juicy. Perfect if you like spicy chicken sandwiches with a decent but of heat but not too much it kills the flavor of everything else in the sandwich.

Food was decent, but service/server left a LOT to be desired. Server was nowhere to be found 90% of the time, refills were nonexistent, server was honestly pretty rude (including to my child?).. Had to hunt the server down not once, but three times just to try to pay (they weren’t with other customers). Won’t be back to this location.

Trying to place a take out order through the phone, they NEVER pick up called 5 times just to see if they would answer and nope, the staff is always in a bad mood when you dine in person anyways. I live down the street from this friendlys and I rather go to the Riverdale location In West Springfield.. they’re the best!

(Review based on delivery) I was craving Friendly’s but couldn’t bring myself to order from the Enfield location because of how many times they’ve gotten my order wrong. Luckily this one was in range so I ordered here instead and behold, my order was correct and on time!! Minus one star because the fries were a bit undercooked and they forgot ketchup. Other than that, this will be my go-to friendlys for delivery from now on.

We never get our drinks when we get delivery. But food is good. Lobster sub is cold but still good. Just save yourself the hassle of drinks. This pic was taken after it had to wait a half hour for me to go get the drinks. The croutons were soggy the tomatoes tasteless. But lobster was good. Just an unnecessary hassle.
