New to the area and found this via google. Reviews looked good and we were hungry. It was great, hubby had a huge (small) catfish plate with all of the fixin’s and I have a cheeseburger and fries. I should have taken a photo, it would barely fit in my mouth. The single burger is 1/2 lb. Very reasonable, got stuffed on $20 bucks. Thanks James (owner) we will be back!

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️PSA don’t wast you time or money eating at Gators in Parsons. I hate to post this but we had awful service tonight. They changed the special in-between the time we went in sat down and orders and before we checked out to raise the price more. Split ticket ordered the same thing asides from a 4.99 kids meal drinks included a 7.99 chicken sandwich that come to 13.00+ tax and our ticket was over double of the others . Over 50$ for two transactions and the other was 35$ very dissatisfied. Usually not a crazy Karen lady to post and I hate to as I have friends who eat their often and know people that work their but we went for a birthday dinner on top of that. Very dissatisfied.

First visited Friday at lunch time and we both had lunch plate: 1 meat, 3 vegetables and bread choice (fried chicken breast or Salisbury steak). Served quickly and hot! So on our way back home from trip to Kentucky, we stopped in for dinner menu, very disappointing! Seafood fettuccine was barely heated and sauce was very thinned and watery with no cheese on top, blue cheese dressing was watered down with an after taste, got over cooked hush puppies when I asked for a roll, $13 was overpriced My husband ordered beef tips (surprised with no rice or gravy for dry, tasteless beef. He asked for Worcestershire sauce and got cheap, nasty Great Choice instead of Lea & Perrin: ruined his tips. We won’t be back for dinner menu but will try their lunch plate specials again.

Gators restaurant in Parsons Tennessee. It’s a block off of Main Street seems like almost a residential neighborhood. But Google Maps brings you right there. Definitely worth going to. A large easy to Park parking lot. Nice clean inviting restaurant. The people seem very welcoming. I’ve had the catfish and it was very good. The food took a little while to come out but it was cooked just perfect and tasted great. It was my second time here. I will come back again. Very good prices for the food they have. Definitely worth a trip just to come here. If you’re coming out of your way don’t miss this little gem. I highly recommend this to anyone. The large catfish plate is enough to feed two people and it’s $11. And don’t miss the desert that’s enough to feed 4 people. The hamburgers are also delicious. Sometimes they even have live music. Handicapped accessible and large groups would be welcome. Please give me a thumbs up if you like my reviews.

The food has black pepper on or in it. The food was good. When I could eat there. I can’t eat pepper. It’s a little pricy but most places are now days. The people was really nice. They changed their menu to include pepper in everything so I won’t be eating there anymore.
