I will say a year ago the management at this location was rude and quite frankly didn’t care about the job. Working in food is a stressful job i have worked them my whole life still currently am. Anyway ever since the ” girl with purple hair a.k.a Jamie’s ” became gm i have seen a difference with service and food….”girl in purple” hair deserved this position she has worked hard and proved herself to earn that spot.

Best staff. They’re so kind and helpful and seem to enjoy their job. The food and the quality of the food is amazing. I received the best service too. I got a ham and cheese salad and mozzarella sticks and they were delicious. The woman with the purple hair was amazing. Other locations should be more like this one.

Sissonville Gino’s is horrible. You order the way you want it…they never get it right..this is a pubwich ordered with extra ham. When I called the manager she said I made it. I made it right and if you don’t like it don’t eat here. ..and I’m supposed to support local businesses

Went in around 6 PM on a Friday. I understand they were busy, but I stood around in front of several workers for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. I had an hour for lunch and decided to go to the Wendy’s down the street. I would have waited longer if I had simply been acknowledged, but this was never the case.

We are on our way home from a 2000 mile trip and this was the best fast food we’ve eaten at so far. The fries were seasoned perfectly and crisp on the outside. The naked wings were amazing! Crisp and moist with a great buffalo sauce and blue cheese. We will make a point of stopping here again!

The floors and tables are dirty and sticky. Little flies everywhere and all over the walls. Where there’s flies there’s maggots somewhere. The vents are clogged with dust. Dirty rags on the counter. This place needs an inspection asap.

They don’t answer the phone in the evenings, especially on high volume nights. And all they do is make excuses as to why. I have ZERO respect for the manager at this location. They always claim they are training new people as the excuse. Why can’t they keep people. Sounds like Managment IS the problem.
