Horrible food! Even worst management who has no clue about the hospitality service!!!! I ordered Picania ( steak) at waiters recommendation. He said it’s nice and tender… It was harder than a car tire. Barely managed to cut a slice with knife but it was impossible to chew. I went to the Manger and explained the issue. So he gave me 10 min educational briefing on types of meat and tenderness of same. Finally, I agreed to take chicken stroganoff for replacement as I was hungry and in rush. That chicken wasn’t much softer…

Pretty disappointed at the experience, I’ve been here 3 times and realized that the caipirinhas aren’t actually caipirinhas they are caipiroskas. The food was okay, and for the value increase you’d think the portions would be more actuate. And the worst part, the cashier was a Colombian lady who thought she was slick and she took her tip from the machine without me approving. Again; not the amount but it’s about the intention and approval of me. She gave me the machine quickly because she thought I would not notice. I let her know as well that you don’t do that to a customer. Unfortunately Giraldas is not what it used to be.

Had a double portion of pork and it was super tasty but a little dry. I’ll be giving them another chance soon, all my friends rave about them so maybe it was just an anomaly… the parking around there is really challenging. I’d recommend you just park in the nearby garage.
