We went here for lunch after a baseball game, I got the grilled cheese sandwich,it comes with frys…fry’s we’re very under seasoned. I asked for no pickles on my plate, because I don’t like pickles and they remembered! Overall good meal, good price. The waitress was so kind, and quick! The only thing i have to complain about was that it’s not really a younger person’s diner, lots of older people!

**Update 2023 bbq no longer available Great BBQ meal. Been here several times for breakfast, first time for dinner. The pulled chicken and pulled pork were delicious. Loved the spicy coleslaw as side and spouse enjoyed baked beans, wasn’t traditional canned variety.

My boyfriend and I came in to the restaurant early Sunday morning, we aren’t from the area but because of the reviews and rating we had to stop in and get breakfast and let me tell you, the customer service was impeccable! The first diner we’ve ever been to that was so attentive and kind, when ever my coffee cup was empty within a minute either one of the servers or the manager stopped by and topped it off. The food was also so good! It’s hard finding a place that serves biscuits and gravy southern style and let me tell you not a drop of gravy was left on my boyfriends plate. We’re definitely coming back and making the three hour driver just for the service and food!! Highly recommend stopping in and getting the eggs Benedict too!!

Happened upon Good Times because another diner we planned to eat at closed early. It was our Good Fortune, because this quaint restaurant is wonderful. It is clean with friendly, efficient wait staff and the food was delicious. They didn’t blink an eye with my special dietary order (vegetarian), husband ordered baked zita. I would say the meals were prepared by a chef rather than a cook. Can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I shared the fajitas for two lunch special. For the price, it was good. Lots of food to share. But, the steak was not seasoned. We had to add salt…and towards the bottom, it was burnt to a crisp. The tortillas were nice and warm. The rice and refried beans(although soupy) were good. We definitely weren’t expecting authentic Mexican food here but it gets the job done for the price. If it weren’t for the reasonable prices, we probably wouldn’t come back. Might give their breakfast a try.
