Dry, to much of the wrong kind of cheese to be called a Philly. Very salty. It was ok. I’d come back to get something different in hopes that it was not dry or overly salty. Easy for me to ask them to back of the cheese. Veggies undercooked in comparison to the overly cooked beef. “premier beef” is a phrase or slogan rather than an actual thing.

The food is overall good. However, they take a absorbent amount of time to prepare the food. They have new employees every time I come to Pleasant Prairie. The workers clearly hate their job and seem very incompetent. I always get steak sandwiches here thinking the situation will change. Aside from a couple of menu items the food is good. If the place didn’t feel so neglected and depressing, I’d definitely recommend it, but until that situation changes, I’d steer clear from this establishment.

25 minutes for a meal and 2 potatoes. No line ahead of us. EVERY CUSTOMER that came after with similar orders received theirs first. Watched my sandwich sit there for 23 minutes. Wish I could take back the $5 tip I left. The lady was friendly taking the order but they were both INCOMPETENT AF once it came down to making it. Sandwich done before fries were dropped. Sat there while the other woman took the fries that were clearly for my order and gave them to the woman behind me. 4 other sandwiches were made and distributed while I waited on my food. If it helps, the cold sandwich gave off tasty vibes, like it would’ve been good if it weren’t ice cold.
