The restaurant needs a deep cleaning. Been there on several occasions. Counters, entrance doors are sticky. Today will be my last visit. While i was waiting for my food (to go only). The drive thru girl was eating the french fries out of bin where they dump from fryer, while she was talking to her manager. UGH!

Service was very slow! Waited 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Want a plain burger and asked for a pack of ketchup to go. No ketchup. Cashier wasn’t friendly at all, didn’t apologize for slow service or acknowledge it. It wasn’t just me, everyone else waited a long time for their meals. 1 cook, 2 cashiers.

Haven’t been to Hardee’s in years as they aren’t anywhere around where I live. I used to go there a lot in PA where I was from,and always enjoyed it. Was really excellent and the food great as I always remembered. The girl working the register was very polite and friendly and even brought the food to our table when ready. Really enjoyed it and plan on going back before heading back home.

I highly suggest to anyone hungry n dieing to just go ahead n die. The staff was loud obnoxious and soooooooo rude . Every single table in that joint was COVERED IN SALT N DIRT. We order a mushroom Swiss meal and a bacon cheeseburger meal we waited 45 mins. Then kid behind counter said oh I’ll get it . Another 20 mins later still no bacon cheeseburger husband never got to eat we open burger there spit on it. Out of the employees there not one grabbed a broom or towel they weren’t busy in lobby and food expidator keep leaving n making drive thru lady fend for herself then she had to do a refund. I suggest a whole new staff bc not one of them kids needs that job. Even an employee walked in to start his shift and said oh wow they haven’t done anything. Sooooooo with that being said I will gladly come work there but I want management bc I’m firing everyone n starting fresh. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WILL NOT BE BACK UNLESS ITS FOR A JOB

Poor people that work here can’t get a order right for nothing. Asked for a number 1 combo, her reply was do you want that as a combo? Then we asked for a biscuit and gravy combo, her reply do you want that as a combo meal? We asked for ketchup, didn’t get it had to go back up there. Asked for sweet tea and instead got spoiled tea that was dam near vinegar. But hey fast food workers deserve 15 an hour right…?

Luray, VA Hardees’s – I hate leaving even 1 star because it certainly doesn’t deserve even that! We walked in to find a filthy restaurant with dirty tables, food all over the floor and unfriendly employees. The menu was only showing breakfast and it was 3:00 pm. The woman behind the counter looked at us, didn’t say a word and turned her back. We walked out!

I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat after visiting the Luray Caverns, big mistake! We both had to use the restroom first before ordering, women’s was out of toilet paper in both stalls, and the men’s had a stagnant water smell accompanied with a fly infestation and moldy sink area. This should’ve been our sign to leave, but we were both starving and hadn’t had Hardee’s in over a year because we didn’t have any near us. We originally wanted to dine inside, but every single table was filthy; it was shortly after lunch time so we thought “maybe they had a rush and haven’t had the chance to clean.” Placed our order and went to grab our drinks to discover a nasty, moldy ice machine atop the drink station, and this is when we knew we had made a mistake. Once we got our food, we went out to the car to discover cold fries that had likely been sitting for 20+ minutes, soggy chicken tenders and a cold burger with a burnt-to-a-crisp bun. We were so disgusted after walking out of there that we barely ate two bites before opting to toss it because of a loss of appetite. Save your money and go elsewhere for food in Luray, literally anywhere else.

Went on a Sunday at around 1 there wasn’t a lot of people there a table of like 6 and 2 tables of 2 so that part was great. But we had to wait forever for our food and when we finally got it it all was cold. The cashier acted like it was her first day( and it may have been) but som one should have been helping her. There was 3 people cooking so not sure why we waited so long and why everything was cold. Definitely not returning this was the second time eating there this year and both times it wasn’t good at all.
