The food is always good, the service was ok. They did not have chicken biscuit as on menu, so that was a bummer. We ordered biscuits and gravy, 2 pork chop biscuits, a fresco sandwich and large hash browns. Order came out quickly and the food was fresh.

Would give them 0 stars, but that’s not an option. Took my son after school to get chicken tenders, and the drive-thru cashier had me pull up so food could cook. 20 minutes later, I’m late back to work, so I reverse back to the window only to find out the girl clocked out and left and never told anyone I was waiting for food, which was very unacceptable. The manager I spoke with was scared so I came back the next day to speak with the manager. They just don’t take their job seriously, and it shows. For a while, they would just up and close and say it was due to staff shortage. They really need to get it together. Prices are even higher than all other Hardee’s in the surrounding area.
