Food was cold today and prior to today. I have been waiting to see if service was going to get better. This used to be me and my niece favorite place to come and catch up but here lately they are in the SAME BOAT AS MCDONALD’S with me. I ordered thru drive thru got down the road to only find I have old cold fries and a cold Double cheeseburger. When I brought it back I gave it to the Manger named Angie. I want you to know she had them re-drop the fries I brought back in and microwave the Double cheeseburger to the point the chees was completely melted. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Why is it so hard to get hot food I AM PAYING FOR IT!!!!!

This morning I ordered a low carb breakfast bowl! It was the best breakfast bowl I’ve had at any Hardee’s! The cook made it as close to perfect as anything could be! The young lady taking the orders was very sweet! Best Hardee’s drive through experience in a long while!!

I was really dissatisfied with the quality of my food. The apple pies had been sitting awhile and over cooked. My fries was cold and my hot dogs were the best thing I had overed. So un pleased and Lunch had just begun and they were busy. So everyone in front of me got cold fries
