If all Hardees were like this one, I would go to Hardee’s all the time. These were the most efficient, kinetic, on target motivated fast food workers I have ever seen. Those ladies were on the ball. They got your food. They got it right. And they got it fast. And you could tell that they were handling every single customer with that same focus. Wow! What an on target fast-food restaurant crew. I was impressed! And yes it was good. I ate inside but it appeared they handled drive through customers, with the same efficiency.

I used to hate coming to Hardee’s because the wait was always long, the food wasn’t great for the price and the employees weren’t always the nicest. But I must say, I’ve been there several times in the past few months and they’ve been great! Fast service, friendly employees and the food has been fresh AND correct! I’m not sure what’s changed, but keep it up! 🙂

Ordered French toast, the lady barked at me they where out of that. So I kindly asked what else she was out of, so I would know. She got a attitude and replied “NOTHING”. So I placed my order, she didn’t tell me the total. So I assumed she would when I got to the window to pay. When I got to the window she rolled her eyes at me and put her hand out. Snatched my card closed her window without saying a word. Gave me my order and card back and closed the window again. I sat politely and waited. She came back and said what?! I responded Can I have my receipt? She closed her window and left…. Literally left. So another lady came to the window, I asked her how much my order was cause the lady who took it didn’t say it. And she also got a attitude told me their receipt machine was out and closed the window again. Horrible experience, fire the whole crew but the cooks. They where the only ones who did their job correctly.

Simply put the rudest group of employees I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant! Wasn’t given time to place my order then when pulling up to the window, the cashier opens the window, without acknowledging me and just blurts out my total. So rude! I will NEVER visit that Hardee’s again.
