The worker did not want to take our order. She did not want to be here with her body language. When we came into the store. She started to take our order and then left. She went to get a mask on and did NOT get our order right from the beginning. With her body language going, she did not care about white people at all. But last year when we came here. A guy took care of us, and that is why we came back.

Used to have really good breakfast sandwiches but not anymore! Will go elsewhere. The country ham is not good now, they’ve went to a cheaper cut maybe sugar cured now. Anyway no more looking for a Hardees!

Most people don’t spend the time to check everything about their food in the drive-thru. I didn’t and drove off because I had a long drive ahead of me. I haven’t had Hardee’s in a while because the closest one to me is about 10 miles away. I got the Angus burger but it was dry and the bun they served it with was a sesame seed bun and not the brioche roll. I’ve had that burger several times in the past, it’s neither dry and it doesn’t come on a sesame seed bun. The drive thru worker should have let me know that they were out of the product. If it was my first time eating at Hardee’s, I’d never go back. Luckily it wasn’t.

Just a bad experience. The young lady at drive thru was terrible. 1st gave me the wrong meal and rolled her eyes at me when I informed her then asked for ketchup she gave me 2 packets for 2 meals. I asked for a few more and she said she didn’t have anymore at her station. Without thinking I said ” Really, you only have 2 packets. Well, think it’s time for you to restock.” Then she forgot my napkins, straws and my 2 packets of mayonnaise. Got the straws, napkins and extra ketchup but “We ain’t got no more mayonnaise.” As I drove away to take a drink of my sweet tea…..it was unsweetened..oh well.

My husband and I were dining in today at this location. The employee that rang us up, Nicosha, came up to our table while we were eating, and asked us if we could give her $5. This was extremely unprofessional, and in very poor taste. It made us feel uncomfortable, and as a result, we will not be returning to this location

Worst fast food experience in Tifton. I have lived here for years, and Hardee’s usually has my favorite breakfast where fast food is concerned. But in the past few years this establishment has gone downhill. You might as well order a mystery item any time you order here because there’s no telling what item off their menu you’ll get. I’ve ordered breakfast biscuits and gotten a burger. It’s ridiculous. The staff is always rude, unwelcoming and extremely unprofessional. Just generally a bad experience any time I go here. I’ve gone multiple times to see if it was just a certain time or day when stuff gets messed up, but it’s literally any time, any day. Just a bad restaurant and not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Pulled up to the speaker to order and waited at least five minutes. Checked if they were open on google. They were and it said “updated by business 3 days ago”. Pulled around to the window. Lady inside saw me at the window continues putting things away and ignored me. McDonalds was happy to have my business. I doubt I will go back to this Hardee’s location if I ever go to Hardee’s again at all.
