Stopped and went thru the drive thru for breakfast. there were a few cars going in and out but not busy. The food was ready right after I pulled up to the window and all of my food had just been prepared. It was all hot and very good. Service was precise.

Less than thrilled they removed items from the breakfast menu as well as when you upgrade to a LARGE combo you get the same size orange juice as a small but still charged extra. Employees don’t seem to care for their jobs, typically they are short and indifferent with customers

Both of the Hardee’s in Waterloo are disgusting. The employees all look like they’re on drugs, inside both establishments it’s dirty and gross. They don’t wipe down the tables. It just feels sticky, gross, and dirty all around.

Sickening smell of old grease hit us as soon as we walked thru the door… Ordered 2 Big Hot Ham and cheese combos and a single Big Hot Ham and cheese, single fry, 1 Big Roast Beef Combo and a Chicken sandwich combo… ALL the sandwiches came flattened as flat as they could mash them and cold,, 1 Ham and cheese missing, single fry missing but wasnt charged for it anyway,, all fries were cold,, I moved away from Waterloo area 37 years ago,, but visit frequently to see 97 year old Mother… Will not stop here again to take her a lunch…
