I went to try Hari foods after a recommendation from an Indian friend. The food looks authentic, but I wish there was an English explanation for the items on the menu. As a non Indian, I had no idea what to get or what’s inside each item. The food tasted good and fresh. I’ll visit again!

Nice joint to have Indian breakfast and fast food. We had late morning samosas and tea. All food is vegetarian and tasty.

I recently visited Hari foods and tried their chole bature, chaat and noodles. All the dishes were delicious, and I would highly recommend them. The prices were reasonable, and the waiting times were short. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, be prepared for a potentially crowded seating area as there isn’t much space. Overall, I had a great experience at Hari foods and would definitely visit again.

The savory snacks and Indian sweets here are absolutely amazing! Everything we tried tasted authentic. The staff is quite fun and really enthusiastic about letting you taste a bunch of sweets. The warm Indian street food is also very tasty. I totally recommend visiting this place!

We went to this place with our friends to try the chaats (type of Indian street food). We were not disappointed. The place has variety of chaat items. They make the chaat in front of you which means you can see all the fresh ingredients and customize it. We ordered kachori chaat, papdi chaat, ragda patties, aloo bonda, chole bhature. My input on kachri chaat: there were too much chole put on top which diluted the original flavor of kachori. Papdi chaat was made perfect. Ragda Patties had all the ragda in mushy texture which was not right. Aloo bonda was tasty and big portion sized. We also ordered pastries: rasmalai, cassata and Black Forest , all of them were delicious. In the end we took home sweets with us and again, freshly prepared and right amount of sweetness. Service is little chaotic and not much seating there and that’s why 4 stars. Also, for chaat items, it is bit overpriced. But if you really like chaats, go there at odd time on weekdays to sit there and enjoy freshly served chaat.

It’s a completely vegetarian Indian fast food restaurant. The options were limited to the typical evening Indian snacks, chats, sandwiches, appetizers and desserts. The food was tasty with good quantity and was reasonably priced which explains why the restaurant looked quite busy for the limited space it has. Overall, a very good choice in the Castleton area if you are looking for some Indian fast food.
