We’ve been getting BBQ from pretty early on in Have Mercy history… he’s catered a birthday party for us, we’ve fed many friends from out of state with his food to give them the real Texas experience, and we’ve just gotten it for lunch or dinner for us! I’ve never been disappointed. He continues to work on and perfect his skills. It’s truly a labor of love and a family effort for this business!! We hope HMB continues to grow and know they will as more and more people hear about them and try this amazing food!!! Got the brisket tacos today with sides and 10/10 perfection!!! Those beans were seriously the BEST I’ve ever had.

Amazing food! We stopped by the truck for lunch one day and ate on the patio of the bar next door. We also recently had a family event catered. David was so easy to work with for ordering and had everything ready to go perfectly for the event. The food is delicious, the price is great, and the owner and his family are the sweetest! The sausage is INCREDIBLE! Kids loved the mac and cheese of course. The beans were the favorite side for the adults. Definitely recommend checking them out. This will be our go-to BBQ from now on!

Don’t sleep on this little gem. The pork belly nuggets are amazing. The ribs melt in your mouth. The potato salad screams grandmomma’s recipe. Be sure to get the cheddar jalapeño sausage to round it all out.

Just enjoyed a delicious meat plate!! The owner is so kind and friendly. Everything was so yummy. The slaw was a bit spicy for me but my husband enjoyed it. The best part, the brisket is not covered in pepper!! The BBQ sauce was perfectly sweet. Now if I can only get my hands on some of those sweet burnt ends!!!

The food was flavorful. I enjoyed the potato salad. They ran out of Mac and cheese, but I’m assuming it’s because it’s that good. There’s a spot to park under the shade, and the owner was friendly and helpful. They take cards.

I have been wanting to try Have Mercy BBQ for a while, but I was not able to until today, and I am so glad I did! They were out of brisket, so I got pulled pork and sausage with the cole slaw and dirty rice! Some of the best BBQ and side dishes I’ve had! Please give them a try as I know I will be back often!
