Had lunch here for the first time. Restaurant had a pretty good lunch crowd. Good was wonderful. There aren’t a lot of Vietnamese places close to the Kierland/PV area so finding this place was a treat being closed to my house. Best summer rolls I’ve had around town. Fish sauce tasted good. I will definitely have the hello vietnam wings again. Wonderful sauce.

I ordered the pork and shrimp fresh spring rolls, Carmelized pork bahn mi sandwich and an avocado smoothie. The springs rolls tasted fresh and the Bahn mi was really good! The French bread was toasted well and flaky. The avocado smoothie tasted good too, the only thing I’d recommend is to get bigger straws for the smoothies. It was hard to get anything though the straw. My total bill was $21 for all three items. Not a bad deal! Overall I had a good experience, I’d eat here again.

I have little experience with Vietnamese and Pho dining, so I was excited to see this place open up. The place is located where it’s not visible from the street, so you have to seek it out. The dining room is nice and bright with decor that creates an environment that is unique. The wicker wrapped chairs are a really nice touch. It’s casual. The menu has a lot of great options for Pho and soups as well as creative rice dishes and stir fry. They also have a great beverage menu with a lot of summer friendly options for cold teas and smoothies. We ordered potstickers to occupy us while we studied the menu. They were perfect. Nice and crispy on the outside and still soft inside. Next we opted for a Chicken Pho and a Special Spicy Soup. They were served with a plate of fresh veggies and basil for us to top our soups with. Both were very fresh and flavorful. The Spicy Soup noodles, like a vermicelli, were not that special and broken into small pieces, which seemed odd. There was a menu option to upgrade to “fresh noodles” for a charge, which I would assumed as the norm for a Pho restaurant. Also seemed odd. The broth of both soups were light and not excessively salty or fatty. The staff was delightful and our overall experience was good. There a LOT on this menu that needs further exploration. We’ll be headed back.

Hello pho was really good. The vibe was calming as if I were on vacation, with egg chairs and chill music. Ordered the wings and they were piping hot and flavor was on point only wished they could have been crispy. The Thai tea needed to be a little stronger but the flavor was good whereas the strawberry passion fruit lemonade was outstanding. I ordered the brisket pho which was really good especially when you’re feeling a bit under the weather and my husband had the brisket and rare steak pho. Overall I enjoyed dining in and will definitely come again when in the area.

So nice have great Pho in Paradise Valley / Phoenix. I’ve been waiting for them to open and finally tried it lat night. We ordered the Special Pho and a yellow curry with vegetables. The flavor was great and so were the portions. We will definitely be regulars here. The staff was friendly and quick.

Step into Pho and Roll and enjoy Vietnamese food with flavor and colors of freshness that melt in your mouth. My choice was Pho, a heart beef stock with cilantro and a hint of onion, the namesake pairs nicely with airy rice noodles and beef. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The food I generously served and well presented, bring your appetite to Pho and Roll and say hello welcome Vietnam on north Tatum, the food is scrumptious.
