The hand-drawn noodles were great! I had stir-fried, and my ladies had the sliced beef soup with hand-drawn noodles. They asked on our way in if we wanted iced water or hot tea. I asked for hot tea, and when I got it it was room temperature. I asked if I could get it hotter and the waitress took our tea cups and came back with them a minute later, just barely warmer. That was the only frustration with this place.

Very comparable to Nan Zhou, with a few minor details. The noodles are delicious, a little more “doughy” than Nan Zhou. The chili oil was definitely better (spicier, with a big peppercorn kick and more sesame seeds) at Heng Feng though, and their takeout packaging is better too. Might be my new take out place for hand drawn noodles!

What can I say the food was Amazing! We walked in with a group of 15. We were able to sit immediately. All of our food came out very timely, and the staff were so attentive that they didn’t have to ask where a single dish belong on the table. I can’t wait to come back to this place.

Overall, it’s not a bad place for dim sum. Service was fast and they have a large menu. Most of the dishes were tasty. My favorite was their soup dumplings. They were delicious! My biggest complaint is the lack of sauce for everything. The flavors are great, but it needs an extra something to make it that much better. I wish the fried squid came with some sauce. Same for the spring rolls. Even the noodles needed some more sauce! When we asked the kitchen as the noodles came out pretty dry and with little meat, they told us it was not possible. The prices were a little high for the portions. Overall, it was decent, but I would not return unless there was more sauce added.

New opening with nice atmosphere and good service. Food is pretty decent, but I still prefer Nan Zhou Hand Drawn Noodles

Great food, they adjusted the rice cakes dish to be vegetarian and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend trying if you’re in Philly Chinatown

I ordered the Steamed Pork Soup Dumplings and the Crabmeat steamed Soup Dumplings, both were delicious! The service was fast and friendly, the dumplings came out steaming. The Dim Sum menu is limited in selection, but well worth a visit!!! I’ll be back for sure!

It’s been 3 years since we were here. They’ve done away with the fancy menu with wooden cover, but menu items are still the same, except for the 20% price inflation. It looked like it’s back to full seating, but the staff was still wearing masks.

A great mixture of Americanized Chinese takeout and authentic Taiwanese cuisine! I was surprised that I can get Lu Rou Fan, Oyster pancake and Taiwanese beef noodles soup in this place. I came here a few times with both my Asian friends and American friends, they were all satisfied with the selections they offered in the menu, there are also good sichuan style foods. To me personally, the Taiwanese selection was more unique and intriguing.
