Told me to call the store in pace and that they won’t deliver to my address despite being closer. The one in pace directed me to call the store on 9 mile. That guy was much more reasonable and told me it was much more out of the way and there were 2 locations closer. I explained the situation and he said he’d have a word with them. You ever spend 15 minutes on the phone and not get to place your order? You get irritated quick. Looks like I’m a pizza hut man now.

The last several weeks I’ve been ordering pizzas from. Last week I had a pizza delivered completely destroyed. Like the driver was Tokyo drifting through Milton traffic. I let it slide. No big deal. So earlier this week order another pizza. Guess what? Tokyo drift on steroids. The delivery dude has to be an experienced Nascar driver or something. For real. I let the first one slide not that one. The manager gave me a credit and that was cool. Offered to have another pizza brought to me.i passed they gave me a credit. I call to get my pizza since yogi the bear legitimately got the one from a couple days ago and it was like an impossible task. Bro I know yall read these. Get your store right. Fr. I don’t want to see anyone get fired. But have some freaking pride in what you d. The delivery guy obviously has the pride part down. Follow suit.

Watched kitchen staff handling all the produce meat included with their bare hands. Service was very bad a little lady was extremely rude. Also there was no sauce on the pizza. And didn’t get crust that we requested and paid for.

The past 3 orders my pizza has been dried out and burnt tasting but I chalked it up to not everyone is perfect but this last time they gave me a wrong order and when I called back the female manager Alexis was rude and then she charged me an extra $10 that I did not authorize her to and when I tried to call the back to fix it the male manager was rude as well, it is said when the staff does not value their customers being we are the reason you have a job. When our pizza got here it looked like it was dropped or something. All smashed into top and side of boxes. Driver didn’t even try to apologize. Opened the 2 liter drink that came with it and it went everywhere!

The people who take the phone orders are always patient and offer deals they have, they always get our order right and the delivery drivers are awesome,they don’t even get upset when you don’t have much left over for a tip. Even tho they get paid anyway I have had people get mad when you couldn’t give them $5 or more but I have never experienced that with your driver’s,always polite,and have a great attitude. They food is always good and please never get rid of the dill pickle crust because I don’t think I would survive lol

Talk about outrageous on price and wait time!! Do NOT use their order online tool. I ordered online for JUST a salad, after checkout, said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Over an hour later when my husband was able to make it there, they “never got the order”. Told him they would make it in a hurry, 30 minutes later he finally left. 30 minutes. For a regular garden salad. Now, the salad, they cut two slices of tomato in half, 2 cucumbers in half, I found 5 black olives, n less than 10 small chunks of green peppers…for over 7 dollars….biggest waste of time and money. (When u order from there, check online prices first…adding bacon JUST bacon was almost 4 dollars PER PIZZA!!!) We opted for dominos….money was spent much better there…and u can add bacon to ur pizza without paying almost the price of an entire pizza…for one topping…i added a pic of there expensive regular salad…looks way different than what it’s said to be…
