Oh boy, where do I even begin with this dining experience? Let me tell you, it was truly one for the books. From the second our oh-so-charming waitress leisurely strolled her way to our table, I just knew it was going to be a night to remember. And boy, was I right! The service was out of this world, I mean, it was so slow that I genuinely wondered if time had stopped altogether. But fear not, my dear friends, for I have the perfect explanation. It turns out our lovely waitress was actually in the midst of a casual drug-induced nap right in front of our very eyes! Could you believe the luck?

Love their food! The past three delivery orders have been wrong, but we keep giving them chances bc the food is good. First time they messed up the items on a sandwich, sent wrong drink, and left off an item. Second time gave only cheese for chili cheese fries and left off two orders of ice creams. Third time completely left off an item.

We arrive at 815 PM on a Friday night. We are met with the most unfriendly staff imaginable. The store’s posted hours are until 9PM. We are told they can’t seat our party because they have closed the griddle down (45 minutes before closing time), and they have “teenagers on a curfew”. Admittedly we had a large party (10) but were informed that “protocol is to call ahead for a party of more than 8”. Sorry, my official Hgw 55 policies and procedures book must have gotten lost in the mail. There was exactly one other person eating in the establishment. We have had good experiences at other locations, but avoid this one like the plague, or at least show up 2 hours before they close and know all the protocols.

I’ve been wanting to go here, but couldn’t see it from the road. (It’s behind the Chic-fil-a )Very friendly staff and the food was delicious. I got the Americana burger and substituted onion rings. He got the Double Cheeseburger with fries. We went all out and got two Concretes (like a blizzard) and a side of fried pickles. Woohoo!

can i haz a cupcake
We come to this location all the time & I’m very disappointed with the salad. Almost zero lettuce in it. I removed the tomatoes and the cucumbers for dietary reasons and asked for onions to replace them. Was charged for it. No sauce for my kids chicken tenders. Overall very underwhelming and it’s going to be a long time before we go back!
