Great Ramen and fast service. The manager was very off-putting. We literally walked in right at 1130 and he told us we needed to go back outside for 30 seconds. That guy needs to go get some customer service training. I was bringing someone who never had been here and now both of us won’t be back. I have never had an open business make me sit outside for 30 seconds while the manager is sitting at the counteron his phone and the server is ready! The server was nice but unfortunately we were already uncomfortable. Don’t come here near opening time unless you want to feel uncomfortable and like a 2nd class citizen. Every other visit has been good but I have never interacted with the manager before.

The shrimp, what does shrimp, fried rice raw asked for two orders of tempura for some pierogies, and I only got shrimp shrimp no vegetable don’t know why I didn’t ask for that. The people that work here are very rude. The lady was upset because I asked for to go cup so the other guy came out and told me not to be mad. Worst place ever.

Me and the husband celebrated our anniversary here. The food was amazing! I very much enjoyed everything that we ordered. Tuna rolls, veggie ramen, etc. Everything was piping hot, our order was correct, the service was great. I had no complaints, and wouldn’t mind going again.

Just ate at Master Kim’s the day before. Saw the TV and saw that it was from the same owner. Went to give it a try. Ambience was nice. The service was very good. They were really attentive and was there when we needed them.

I may be a bit harsh but after living in Japan for more than a decade my standard for ramen is quite high. Ichi Ramen is ok. I did find my bowl a bit too salty.

Went here for Sunday Lunch, the restaurant is not that packed with people, tables are spaced apart nicely.. we were accomodated as soon as we entered. Food is delicious and priced reasonably. We tried the Black Garlic Ramen ($13.95) combination with spicy tuna roll ($5.95), curry ramen ($14.95), Takoyaki ($6.95). Everything was perfect. They also give military discount. Will surely come back to try more in their menu.

The atmosphere was inviting. The servers did a great job answering our questions. This was the perfect treat! Although not busy, we got our order to go. The Ramen was packaged perfectly. Once combined it was delicious.

I went here for a date, the waiters were nice and treat us with respect. The menus are in a QR code that you need to scan. The food was delicious. The seating is high enough that you don’t notice the people around. Overall awesome restaurant and a great place for dates. Will be coming again!
