This was the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The food was served cold. The drink order was wrong. Asked for silverware finally had to go get my own. Bacon was under cooked. The service was AWFUL. The manager was very nice. She understood and made it right. Thank you for that!

Server was nice but took a long time to bring our food. We saw her talking for a very long time to another customer. We think she knew the customer. But by the time she went to get our food and serve us it was cold. We had been waiting for the food for a long time. The food had to go back. I don’t usually review franchises, as they are consistent in the fare. but I have not been to an IHOP in more years than I’ll admit to and it brought back memories of earlier years. The blueberry pancakes were great, and again, brought back thoughts of being at the restaurant as a child….I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because of being the same as all the rest. It was spotless and parking was easy.

Everytime I come to this ulmerton location it’s always something wrong with the food. This time I ordered delivery and my daughter and my food was very undercooked. The pancakes still had batter in the middle. Last time I went inside and there was hair in my whipped cream and eggs! Aswell as my hash browns being hard… we were told that the chef was new. The kitchen staff were more focused on this woman’s newborn baby than the food.
