We asked to sit outside and they willingly accommodated without hesitation. Server, Pedro, was freaking awesome and attentive, hope yall recognize his work ethic. The food came out great, I didn’t even get to take a picture because I ate it fast! Ill admit my order was a bit of a pain but they got everything right! The restaurant was packed but still clean and well lit area. Food arrived promptly. Restrooms are multi-person but also fairly clean.

Food was great, service was great, but watch out for the Ranch Dressing Extortion! Check out the receipt in the photo!

Newly opened, restaurant and restroom was pretty dirty. We were warned as we walked in by other customers that we might have trouble with the service. We didn’t wait to long to be seated. Our server was super friendly but not very experienced. Out the gate my daughter’s drink was brought incorrectly. Wife ordered the cowboy burger, which had a great presentation also came with a free hair on the bun and a very very crusty plate bottom. Daughter ordered some crepes and a brunch burger with an over easy egg. Egg was overcooked and dry. Crepes were delicious. DIL kept it simple and ordered a classic burger. No issues there. I ordered the Cheesy Bacon Ranch plate with side salad. Entree was absolutely delicious , the salad was absolutely boring ( pile of greens with two slices of tomatoes and a bunch of sliced onion. I even got a crusty plate also for free. Server was very attentive to our concerns and advised management. That’s pretty much where it ended. All in all not a very good visit. Server was really nice but she kept disappearing and it took a while for her to come check on us. Hopefully they get better. Finally got something nice on the east side and it probably won’t survive if it keeps up like this.

The server Rudy made my morning. Dude is a solid employee and was on top of his game. He help with food recommendations and was quick on his feet, very observant and didn’t miss a beat. He deserves the best in life with such a great attitude. I wish all my favorite restaurants had a Rudy. Life would be great then. Excellent guy and IHOP should be very grateful to have an employee such as him. Thanks Rudy! Stay blessed

Everything about this new ihop is terrible. Service is bad and food is bad. My big steak omelette was over cooked dried out and they forgot the jalapeños on my wife’s jalapeño burger. It was cold by the time they fixed it. Staff is not friendly which I normally don’t care but this in addition to the bad food does not help. Restrooms were trashed and service was very slow. I had high hopes for this because we love ihop and it’s closer to where we live. This is a new location and I noticed it’s always dead. Now we know why. Talked to other friends who live in the area and they say the same thing. Service is terrible and the food is really bad. Stick to the ihop on Lincoln. Current management will drive this new location out of business.

My husband always eats here for breakfast but the service of Mr. Melton G! Is the worst! We asked for sugar free syrup and he didn’t bring it, so maybe he just forgot but when were asking for box to go and bill, he never came back, I literally need to go look for him and ask other waiter to give us what we need.

It’s IHOP. This one is new but all IHOP’s are the same. Only difference is the service. The new reworked menu is nice, prices are definitely higher but Joe did that. The food had your standard franchise taste. Our server was friendly and our food came out rather fast. The new menu is certainly pancake heavy but hey, that’s why your there!

I’ve visited all of the IHOP restaurants in the Valley. By far this has been my best experience. The one in Weslaco can’t even make a proper omelet!

I just got home from picking up my order for minon banana pudding pancakes and a mushroom and spinach omelette. I am VERY disappointed ☹️ about the bananas and for a side of fruit, that’s a very small amount! Not sure if I will do this again!

Worst service from an IHOP. I ordered breakfast by curbside, and they told me 15–20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later, just to give them an extra 10 minutes. They tell me “we will bring it out to you.” 8 minutes later, I go inside to ask about my order, and they go to check on my order. They tell me that it will be another 10–15 minutes. I tell them it’s been 40 minutes, already. They reply with well we are really busy. Cancelled my order because this is not the first time. Worst IHOP. If you are not going to put the same effort to curbside to go orders: then don’t offer the service. I doubt people dining in the restaurant were waiting 40–50 minutes for their food.
