I ordered the oxtail plate, the portions were great, no issues with customer service (regardless of prior reviews) and whoever did their interior knocked it out the park. The visuals definitely give you the full Caribbean experience.

My family has been wanting to try this restaurant since we heard about it recently. We ordered the curry chicken, fried chicken, mac and cheese and jerk chicken pasta. My husband felt the rice was extremely hard and made it difficult to enjoy the meal overall. I agree. It didn’t taste fresh and tasted old. Would’ve made a big difference if it was fresh. The meats were ok. My son did however liked the jerk chicken pasta.

I’m going to have food poisoning. How do you give people raw chicken?!? I ordered 4 meals. All 4 were wrong. I said no rice just cabbage and plantain. All 4 had rice and peas and no cabbage in sight. Two of the meals were curry chicken. The chicken was literally raw. HOW?!???

Customer service was awful! Ordered online for pickup, and the woman taking my order was super disrespectful and sarcastic. I asked her can I order over the phone and she stated can you pay over the phone. Like excuse me? Then when I went to pick up my order, I asked prior for the gravy to be on the side (which was 1.50 each btw) and was LIED to and told it was on the side. Went to my car, and the gravy was poured all over the rice. The audacity to lie about it. Had to go back inside for my refund. The food was subpar and my order was over $100. Better off going somewhere else at this point. Not worth it.

I am so upset and angry for wasting my money with these people. It my second time being disappointed and they will never get a third chance. Patties are burn and black, food cold and nasty. How can this be a business place and nobody ever answer the phone. I order through Uber Eats and I get the worse food of my life. Please guys save your money and do not buy from here. All my food have to go In garbage not even a dog should be feed like this.

So I order DoorDash almost 4 times a week the same meal, curry shrimp rice and cabbage. I’m not sure WHO the chef was today 07/03 at around 6pm but that was the BEST FOOD IVE EVER HAD MADE !!! Hire him for more shifts the food was delicious OMG

First let me say the staff here are Awesome!!! There’s never a full moment with the employees. Then there’s the reason I actually come here… it’s the patties (spicy). They are Always out but you have to order more than one when they are there. They called me on the phone once to turn around and had patties for me, now if That wasn’t going above and beyond for a foodie like me, I don’t know what is! I love great service and great food and no matter what you order from this restaurant, you will Not be disappointed. Which is why, you Rarely can find patties… lol keep up the great hospitality Island Tings fam, cause this is what most places lack!

Food is always good and they give you a lot ! But everytime I come I ask the heavy set light skin girl with the nose ring to put light ice because the drink is really good it’s not to sweet but with all that ice by the time I get to the middle of my drink it taste watered down ! This the 3rd time $4 basically on ice. Treat your customers fairly with what they spend they hard earned money that is all
