Every time I come to the location something is just not right. Yet once again I come I order 2 tacos neither of them have cheese on it. And then not to mention the staff and how rude there was one in particular staff member and her name is Lori. She is the one who took my order and was the one that also helped me once I got to the window. She was very rude not only to me but she was also very rude to another staff member in front of me. Honestly this location seems to never be able to get it together it should just close the quality of food and quality of staff is just not worth staying open.

Ordered 3 Sourdough Jack combos online via the app and prepaid for my purchase only to arrive at this location to pick up my order and was told that they cannot make nor serve any burgers because they’re short staffed and none of the employees were trained on the grill. I would assume that at least the manager would be trained on the grill but I guess that’s below their pay grade. Asked for a refund and was told I would have to request for refund via the app. Now I’m out $40 and my family was very disappointed that I came home empty handed. Would definitely not recommend this location!!!

The store was either understaffed or something. We got stuck in line and waited 35 mins before we even got to the box to order. 10 mins for the person on the box to take our order just to find out they were out of about half our order. There were only 5 cars in front of us. Then another 10 mins until they came to the window for payment. The person who took our order also was making food and taking payments, and working drive thru while others stood there. This place needs serious help, not just staffing.

This was crazy! Pulled up at 9:15pm and a chunky girl is sitting out by her car smoking and asked if we were trying to dine in. I said yes, she responded with well the inside is closed. We had a huge truck with a trailer connected to the back. She said if you want the drive thru you are going to have to chance it a drive thru you can’t walk through and I’m the manager! I’m like ok we can try…. We get to the window and order 20 tacos, the 2 for $1. So make it through get to the speaker and order. That same girl responds with well that will take 15 mins and we will be closed by then. What a piece and Jack needs to seriously consider who is putting in charge. What a sleazy place with horribly lazy managers. Zero stars if I could. She needs to be fired. It’s Thursday night 6-22-23 at 9 pm. Not to mention we came from KY and don’t have a Jack N The Box.

This is not a good place to order from. Me and my friends ordered via Uber eats and we only received one meal out of 6 and when I called the Uber eats guy he said it isn’t his problem, it’s the restaurant’s problem and when I tried to call the restaurant many times they never answered me and I couldn’t get through to them at all.
