No manager on duty, the young girl was polite and refunded my money when they couldn’t explain the difference. It’s Jack’s. This one tries to stay clean and gets your order out pretty quickly. Inside the dining area is pretty small but they do offer free wifi. You will find younger kids here, drunks and people, how shall I say, down on their luck trying to make ends meet. But they haven’t bothered me the times I come here. I lucked out today and got all three, just this visit there were some transients here with a cat that smelled real bad that got loose, then a drunk older man came in from the beach and just a few minutes after that two young kids came in with a rolling boom box. A trifecta!! Your luck may vary. To avoid this just hit the drive thru.

Staff were friendly but there needs to be better training on health and safety and consistent food preparation. The cashier who was handling money, touching the POS system and touching other surfaces with her bare hands went to go prepare food without washing her hands or wearing gloves after these actions. I watched her prepare my tacos as she held the whole shell and put her dirty hands in the lettuce and proceeded to package the food, then went right back to handling cash and touching the POS system. She was also wearing a mask but it was only covering her mouth. All my tacos were also missing cheese and taco sauce. I went back to let another staff member know and they were great about making fresh ones and wore new gloves.
